Who sells the service?
Bryan Leonard personally operates Qira under the TREND name. He is the seller of new Qira Flows subscriptions and generation packs, billed through the Stripe merchant displayed as Trend. The product name is Qira Flows. Billing support: bryanleonard@imagineqira.com. Existing purchases retain the terms and seller that applied when purchased.
What your subscription includes
Pro is $19/month or $190/year for 30 successful generations per calendar month (UTC). Power is $49/month or $490/year for 120. The subscription fee renews until canceled, including periods with no usage. Annual plans also receive a calendar-month allowance. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Team services require a separate agreed scope.
An allowance is deducted only when generation produces a saved executable flow with a route, stages, steps and tasks. A plan is not a finished application, independent verification, or a deployment guarantee. Checks, editing and evidence exports are available without a paid generation allowance. Your selected model provider may charge for inference even when a request fails.
Prepaid packs and limits
A generation pack is a separate $15 one-time purchase for five additional credits, used after included allowance. Credits expire 12 months after purchase; a new pack extends the combined pack balance to 12 months after the latest purchase. Running requests temporarily reserve capacity. Failed or expired requests release it without deducting a generation. At the limit, new generation pauses. There are no automatic overages.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Manage subscription on Pricing opens Stripe’s billing portal for payment methods, invoices, plan changes and cancellation. Review the effective date and any prorated amount shown before confirming a change. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves paid access through the paid-through date. A failed payment can interrupt paid access. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your projects or issue a refund.
For a duplicate charge, unused service, billing error or refund request, contact billing support with the invoice reference and the Qira account used for purchase. Requests are reviewed under the terms applicable to that purchase and any applicable rights. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or provider keys.
Account and permitted use
Use the Qira account you used at checkout to access your purchase on another browser. The Qira account terms cover account security, permitted use and provider relationships. Review connected-tool permissions and inspect outputs before acting on them. Custom setup, research, delivery capacity and monthly services begin only under a separately agreed proposal.
